The slow-cooker chicken tikka masala? DELICIOUS. Easy, a little bit time-consuming (about an hour leisurely prep - the site's "15 minutes" is a bald-faced lie, but it could easily be done in 40-45 minutes by someone who wasn't slacking, or 20 minutes by someone as fast as a real chef(tm) with a staff to do the chopping and measuring), very tasty even the next day, and my math says it comes in at about 400 calories a cup, so it's really cheap in that department. This one's going in the To Make Again pile.

Normally at this point I'd reprint the recipe with notes and comments so I'd still have it even if the host site went down, but, really, it's a long recipe and I don't feel like it. I've got a paper and a PDF copy, I'm not worried.

Um, the link goes to a dog rolling itself up in a blanket. Cute, but I like the skillz to extract a chicken tikka masala recipe therefrom.

I mean, I can always google it myself, of course.

Tried it and I agree. It was tasty, relatively easy, and also took about 45 minutes of prep time. I guess my knife skills aren't as good as I thought.
