I was about to make a quip about how it's an amazing demonstration of density and an absolutely terrible shot/cocktail. Glad I'm not the only one whose train of thought lurched onto those tracks!
Of course I had to look it up. The specific gravity of honey is about 1.4. Which means there are no rocks less dense. On the other hand, the surface tension of honey is really high...
