While uninstalling Norton Internet Security 2012, it prompts you to install the Norton Toolbar. And requires you to uncheck two things AND click a non-obvious button to avoid installing the toolbar.

Everytime I uninstall the google toolbar for a customer, it takes to me to page asking "WHYYYYYYYYYYYY?"
