Oh look, my rage gland wasn't still completely empty. Now, be a darling and give me a bucket full of water and mop...

The comments are almost worse, in that some of them actually support him.

/facepalm

I think he needs to define what he THINKS legitimate rape is. He basically just said, a 15 year old girl who lies because she is scared is the only illegitimate rape, yeah? Because wtf, there is plenty of legitimate rape where the woman's body is not tense or stressed at all. And there are PLENTY of reasons why a woman may be infertile that has NOTHING to do with the pressures of trying to become pregnant!! REALLY wanting to get pregnant is VERY different from being a) terrified of a violent attacker b) not being terrified but unwilling in participation of a sexual event... And.. ARGH.

Actually, looking at that, I think he was saying "a 15-year-old girl who gets pregnant might be terrified enough to tell her parents hey, I was raped." And then went on to say that that wasn't legitimate rape, in legitimate rape someone is scared enough during sex that they don't get pregnant.

...oh dear god I feel so sorry for his patients.

The best bit is that he explains why Todd Akin and Richard Mourdock were mostly right, in his opinion, right after saying "they said stuff that people didn't like, and that cost them the election". So he's aware that this is a stupid thing to say - but he just can't stop himself.

the horse is out of the barn, so to speak...

oh, good, i was hoping there would be a barnyard reference to vaginas. makes me feel like i'm part of the system.

apparently this guy doesn't understand it's not worth beating (har har) a dead horse. or that "technically sometimes correct by a twisting of words" and "really goddam stupid-sounding" aren't mutually exclusive things.

Wow, non-sequitor.

But: I have not. I have heard great things and it is on my list of games to play, but it hasn't been on sale at the same time as I've needed new games yet, and it hasn't been on so good a sale that I can't pass it up yet, and nobody has bought it for me.

Everyone who has played it has loved it?

Sorry, this was just your latest entry.

But yeah, it was bought for me. So far it's very faithful to the original, while filing off the rough edges of the original (no more wasting action points on standing and kneeling every time you move someone) and improving/adding stuff in general. Not sure if it would be worth full price yet, but definitely worth it if you can grab it on sale.
