Isn't this the country that's making a heap of noise about how they're going to vanish beneath the waves due to climate change?

Not that it makes the punishment for "fornication" any better (or in any way reasonable), but they claim (without details) that the "rape by stepfather" and "fornication for which she's being punished" are separate incidents.
