I like these little posts but all the states up to now have enacted legislation or had a vote to legalize marriage. It's states like where I grew up (Kansas) and currently live (Arizona) that will be drug kicking and screaming only when the Supreme Court drags them out of the dark ages. Gawd I hate religion...
Compare with opinions and laws 5, 10, 15 years ago. It's dragging, kicking and screaming.
(Arizona still maintains the 13th amendment was bullshit. Kansas is still arguing the 1st. But, y'know, at least most of the rest of the country understands that they're backwaters)
