Weirdly, for all its casual and blatant racism, this is something I doubt would happen over here in France. They might get discriminated against, snubbed, or abused, but no-one would question that the kids were actually theirs.

Five bucks says if the parents were "the right colour" but the kid was screaming "This is not my mom!!!" they wouldn't have done a thing.
