Why does the school have a CEO?

Or have we given up all pretense of schools being for education, not profit?

I figured that was a position inhereted from the church, since it's a religious school.

I suspect I need to recalibrate my sarcasm levels.

"Why does a school have a CEO?"
"It's probably because it's a CHURCH school" (<- leaving the obvious WHY DOES A CHURCH HAVE A CEO question)

I fail at deadpan today.

*facedesk* No, this is what happens when I'm awake at 5a.m. and in semi-autistic research mode.

My favorite part is the parent's question of:

'Well wouldn't she inspire lust doing other school activities, like walking down the hallway?'

These are of course, the same school authorities who if something bad happened would go on and on about how there are so many dangers facing young men that lead them into sin.... totally bypassing the: 'Teach children not to be dicks' point of schooling.
