You keep the photographer out by angling the mirror. The stuff in the reflection is so perfect that I think it's a shop, though. The bushes in the mirror line up with the bushes behind her too well.
Depth of field perfectly matched, patterns in the grass lining up. My guess is the camera was on a tripod. 2 photos taken, one with and one without model, then photoshopped together, yea.
