It's a 'shop job. The font isn't quite Fox's normal thing as I think they usually go all-caps, loath as I am to come to their defense. But as the link points out, they try to use access to preschool as a cudgel against the guy so while it's not entirely accurate, it's not far off from their usual behaviour.
