(The result of the lawsuit - that a patent troll's blatantly invalid patent on "SSL" is valid and that users of SSL are infringing - is being appealed, because wow, 8 technical incompetents ruled that a blatantly invalid patent was valid. But.)

I have hope that they'll win on appeal, but not expecting it. Newegg's court record thus far has been excellent, but the US legal system seems determined to murder its own tech industry on behalf of its IP leeches.
