We pause, looking at a patient, and simultaneously: "Is that XANDER BERKELEY?"

Turns out: Yup. That patient, in 1981, is a very young That Guy Who Is Awesome In Everything, in his third role ever.

Hah, I remember another episode of MASH I was re-watching that had a young(er) Patrick Swayze, back when he was (I think) still alive and a little closer to still being popular.

That threw me a bit, too.
