Three, maybe three and a half of those people have interesting questions. Probably because they have nothing to do with the topic. And I swear the last guy is trolling.

"Oh dear," say monkeys, "we hadn't thought of that," and promptly disappear in a puff of logic.

I also like the one which says "What about Noetics?" To which I answer, "it's an example of Poe's Law in reverse."

Oh wait, I'm no longer allowed.

Was there a get-together at the Creationist Museum or something? Their questions seem to have themes...

These were audience members at the Bill "The Science Guy" Nye vs Ken "Duh, I Eat Poop" Ham debate.

Ahh. ...Don't debates usually require both sides to have some command of logic and rhetoric? Seems like that is not faith-friendly.

Creationist like "debate" because they can't do science or logic, but debate isn't about that. Debate is about making rhetorical points while your opponent doesn't have quite enough time to properly rebut.

"He said 9 things in that minute, and all of them are so wrong that it will take me a minute to do the first one. I have only a minute total?"
"Hah! He didn't bother to argue against the other 8 things I said! That's because they're TRUE and he HAS no answer! Duh, I eat poop!"

I wonder whose talking point "Lucy is the only archaic human fossil ever found" was, exactly. She's not even the only A. afarensis.

My favourite is the classic "How do you explain evolution, if the second law of thermodynamics says that entropy inevitably increases?" ... where they miss out the crucial "in a closed system", and forget about the sun.

Direct quote time: “One of the most basic laws in the universe is the Second Law of Thermodynamics. This states that as time goes by, entropy in an environment will increase. Evolution argues differently against a law that is accepted EVERYWHERE BY EVERYONE. Evolution says that we started out simple, and over time became more complex. That just isn’t possible: UNLESS there is a giant outside source of energy supplying the Earth with huge amounts of energy. If there were such a source, scientists would certainly know about it."

In the original forum thread where that gem was yanked out, the sun was pointed out. And the OP said it didn't count and there must be some OTHER, UNKNOWN source for evolution to be true.

(Why? Because creationists confronted with problems in their arguments *always* deny it.)

Some well-worn comedy classics in there, I see. I always love the "If we came from monkeys, then why are there still monkeys?" thing.

That is a fascinating point. I wonder if there is a race based difference in belief in creation vs evolution. Are rich white people more inclined to insist on creation then any other sub class of people?

Notably, this is a Creationist event organised by Famous White Creationists, at the well-loved monumental pile of horseshit, in Cincinnatti, Kentucky.

The host county is, according to Wikipedia, 94% white.

In that county in Kentucky, at an event organised by a lily-white church with racist history? Quite possibly not.

Wikipedia says the county is 94% white to begin with, and then there's selection for "Ken Ham supporters".
