Interesting - it seems to have a grid of hitboxes with related pictures, and moves the relevant photo to compensate for where the cursor is in that hitbox.

I discovered this by putting the cursor down near the social media buttons, and thought it was broken when I got this (http://i.imgur.com/sO0w7hg.jpg).
However, by moving my cursor a few pixels, I found the point (http://i.imgur.com/4MH8EHX.jpg).
