Except that P&O had plenty of "noun of Free Enterprise" ships, and none of the others sank.

When things go perfectly, free enterprise generally works. It's just, "lazy and offloads the consequences onto others" only needs one screwup.

Ah. RORO type of ships. Yeah, if improperly handled, potential for a hefty disaster is there.

I'm old enough to remember the Estonia disaster. And what gives me chills when I think about it, is that I have been on board of that specific ship twice, crossing the Baltic Sea.
