This would make a nice companion to Diana Wynne Jones' The Tough Guide to Fantasyland (http://www.books4yourkids.com/2013/05/the-tough-guide-to-fantasyland-revised.html) (which has a map of its own, but not so explicitly labelled).
If you haven't already, you should get hold of her "Dark Lord of Derkholm," which is basically a story set in the world of Tough Guide. Only sorta not. Also, the kind-of-sequel, "Year of the Griffin," is one of my all time favourite cheer me up books.
I am thinking to two fantasy stories I wrote and realising, with a mix of amusement and embarrasment, that this could be my world (well almost). That's just depressing
