It's not quite bilingual, because I seem to recall its smatterings of Russian are highly limited, but Sauna (2008) is a pretty interesting Finnish horror movie.

Bon Cop Bad Cop has another bit of funny when you turn the subtitles on and see the differences between what the say and what is typed. Well it's funny if you speak and read both languages. I love that movie!
