Not in the long term - she's going to get full custody with her father, permanently, PDQ. In the very short term, maybe, but the mother's particular paranoias seem unlikely to result in HARMING the kid.
My biggest fear would be that they actually successfully vanish, and the kid is stuck growing up with her mother, and that's really unlikely.
