Unfortunately plenty of Glasgow and Edinburgh would also be underwater.

Here's an interesting* factoid: the Central Belt of Scotland, from Glasgow on the West Coast to Edinburgh on the East Coast, is the only part of the world where, if you take a satellite photo at night, there's a constant band of illumination from one coast to another.

That is, of course, because (a) all of Scotland (to a first approximation) lives there, and (b) Scotland at that point is very narrow.

And it wouldn't all flood. Just the important bits.
