"In development" and it shows. The gameplay is very similar to the original game, so far, with a bunch of sensible improvemets (able to hold multiple powerups, able to trigger them on demand, etc). But it's not finished - there's no campaign or anything else *yet*.
PC, and Linux or Mac if they ever do that. The sppare copy I have grants a Steam code for the development build and eventually the full version, and lets you get notified when the non-Steam full version gets released.
I'm tempted, but I should probably decline in favor of someone who would actually play it -- I have a whole stable of games in Steam that I've never even played once.
