Ah, c'mon, that's crazy! Even with only a few chords dropping down, the truncated reaction time allowed is nuts. At least with page notation you can see where you're going, what's coming up.

Two octave stretches? That's impossible on an actual piano, I can comfortably do 9 notes, and when pushed hit 10, but *16*? Rachmaninov could do 13 and he was famous for having very big hands
