Date: 2014-08-28 06:50 am (UTC)Hmm, how long did the rice cook? Did you let it boil/simmer after adding the broth, or is this some different kind of rice technique? (i.e. one recipe I failed to master had you pan fry the rice until it got puffy like rice krispies, then boil)
