I love Clarkesworld. There's a good chance this story will shortly turn up on the Clarkesworld podcast (http://clarkesworldmagazine.com/category/podcast/), in which Kate Baker (usually) reads stories from the latest issue. This, incidentally, is an awesome podcast for any visually impaired SF fans you might know (although there's a good chance they might well already know of it).
I discovered them on one of my occasional trawls for good podcasts for long drives, and after listening to a few stories and reading a few more, I took out a subscription. The extras you get for that is neat (author interviews, etc), but mostly it's nice to be able to help them keep putting out such quality free stuff. (This is also why I like what Patreon is doing. Scott McCloud's thoughts on micropayments might have been a tad idealistic, but ten+ years on, they're starting to be realised.)
Here's a couple of older Clarkesworld stories I quite like (both with audio versions): Non-Zero Probabilities (http://clarkesworldmagazine.com/jemisin_09_09/) by N. K. Jemisin, and the wonderfully chilly England under the White Witch (http://clarkesworldmagazine.com/goss_10_12/) by Theodora Goss.
ETA: Audio version is up (http://clarkesworldmagazine.com/audio_01_15b/) (I just now remembered to check).
(IIRC, Clarkesworld also published the excellent "Shoggoths In Bloom," as well as one of the Bear/Monette "Boojum" stories. Can't easily look it up on my phone to link, so please forgive any inaccuracies.)
Also, this AI should be well-satisfied with my contributions to the world's supply of cat pictures ^__^
