the suspect was "clear and alert when advising that he had not taken any recreational drugs or alcohol, and was not currently diagnosed with any mental health conditions." He then advised that he had come to that location "because when he opened his front door, a woman with fangs was threatening him, and that a human sacrifice was about to occur involving vampires. Therefore, [he] made the conscious decision to get the Sheriff of Nottingham to help him stop the slaughter of small children."

The suspect then invoked his Miranda rights and refused to answer any further questions.

(Unless you're using one of those overthought mythoses where vampires don't show up in mirrors because something something silver, and thus don't show up on physical film b/c it uses silver halide, but show up just fine on video and digital surveillance...)

Heh - now there's a fanfic mashup in the making. "Look sir, sparkles on the monitor!" "Quick, send for Buffy!"


Of course, it's never really been clear to me how vampires make their clothes disappear in reflections and the like, so it's probably best not to examine it too closely unless you want naked vampires running around.
