Another thing I found in there that's kinda neat - this study uses Mechanical Turk to get survey results, which turns out to be a surprisingly robust way to collect data from a self-selected population.
If you like black coffee it might also just mean that milk gives you galloping diarrhea and you've tried soy coffee and it does in fact taste like someone dumped in a cup.... just saying. :)
