I once had an older co-worker use a stockwhip on me because I wasn't rounding up cattle fast enough for him. When I left that job short very shortly afterwards, he said by way of farewell, "There's a lot a' worse c***s out there than me you could'a worked with."
It's quite depressing how often, in that one particular statement, he continues to be right.

I read the whole judgement earlier today, someone linked it on DW, she admired the judge's deadpan.

It was the big where he used to plant the IEDs in the brush on the verges when he knew his crews were going to go around and clear the brush with blowtorches that really got to me.

I mean, I know US employment law is fucked up, but both those idiots should be in jail already.
