First thought: Meanwhile in Russia.

Second thought, after googling: yes, lots of "Meanwhile in Russia" photo collections.

Unfortunately, skepticism, curiosity and more googling brought this, from 2008: Shows Continue at the Xiongsen Bear and Tiger Park in Gullin (http://www.zimbio.com/pictures/YVFqZjSkiUK/Shows+Continue+Xiongsen+Bear+Tiger+Park+Guilin) (China). I was afraid it was something like this, wherever it was. A little knowledge can be a depressing thing. (Sorry.)
