Oh, not as always. There's plenty of rabid forced birth advocates who truly feel their abortions (or their daughter's) were necessary and morally defensible.

I would call that "changing their tune".

"Abortion is murder, unless it's my abortion because MY rights matter but YOURS don't" is a change of tune from "abortion is murder".
