Unlikely. Rasmussen's stupid shit is all their own, and (as the article points out, if you'd bothered to read it) the problem with the LAT poll is that they're polling the same people every time, this dude is a major outlier because he's so aggressively stupid, and they've weighted him far out of any reasonable proportion.
