Really yes first for Asia. The Chinese, while they don't strongly persecute homosexuality, don't encourage it at all and would prefer it didn't happen. India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh are quite homophobic. The ex-Soviet Stans are also quite homophobic and some of them are influence by the highly regressive, patriarchal and homphobic Russian Orthodox Church. Etc, etc. I might expect Thailand to do something, but not in its current state of Royal upset and military junta intent on normative society.
