I'm interested in why we're using the word Nazi rather than the word Fascist - I'm not arguing with it, just Fascism was the ideology and Nazi's were the party.

The Nazi Trump supporters in question wear swastikas, complain about "international Jewry" and "zog", use Nazi phrases like "lugenpresse", and chant "Hail Victory!" (which is, if you say it in German, "Sieg Heil") while giving Nazi salutes.

Until very recently, they used the term American Nazi Party, or Neo-Nazi. They just became the Alt-Right to disguise their evil.

Oh, the irony:

No mention that Trump and the right generally (not to mention the website Bannon rose to prominence running) has consistently lambasted the press as a bunch of lying newspapers, or that those "Heil chants" were... saluting Trump by name.
