A copy of the 1897 children's book "Ten Little Niggers"
It's also worth noting that the seller includes the section from eBay's TOS about "potentially offensive but true historical pieces" in his auction, and that he's allowed to use "Nigger" because it's in the title of the book - and so he puts it on its own line, in larger font, and centered.
He's also in North Carolina and uses the name "rebel_soldier". His other auctions include a bunch of Confederate States memorabilia, a first edition copy of "Uncle Tom's Cabin", a first edition of "Alice's Adventures In Wonderland", the "Alabama Coon Jigger" wind up toy, and an issue of "Judge" magazine from 1924 about how stupid the KKK were.
It's an... interesting lot.
