Just yesterday, I was explaining to some of my (Dutch) compatriots who Ann Coulter is, as I quoted her in Schiavo. I got as far as "ultra-rightwing crazy bitch" and on the question "but she exaggerates, right?" gave the answer "It's more that she lives in a reality of her own."
