Says Kansas Senator Kay O'Connor: Women should not have the right to vote. It's unfair to require that of them, since having to make decisions means that mean aren't properly taking care of them.

She also says that she consideres her own views to be more important that those of her constituents, and that she allows her *un*-elected husband to make all final decisions.
