Germany's Hansa has come out with these futuristic bathroom fixtures.
The metal spigot has the top portion removed, creating a visible canyon for your water to run through. As if these rectangular minimalist fixtures weren't beautiful enough, they also feature temperature sensitive LEDs lining the walls of the canyon, which illuminate the water in different colors depending on the temperature of the water (red=hot, pink=warm, blue=cold).

And the LED's are a nice touch. No need to keep running yer hand under the water until it is the right temp.

Not sure if the cost/effect ratio is worth it, but I'd buy it. Unfortunately, I don't have any sinks in my apartment where these would look good.

I'd have to yank them out.
Then the cabinets around them because they are all the wrong style
then the fridge and toilet would have to go as well
And the Linoleum would have to come up
And then the rugs since they won't match
Then the furniture - all wrong decor
Might as well repaint while I'm at it.

Dang! That's alot of work for one cool faucet...
