You do realise that besides the atrocious mileage that Hummers have by default, it'll now have a top speed of something on the order of 10 miles an hour, and therefore have a range per fueltank smaller than the distance between gas stations? And probably require repair every fuel tank, as well, for that matter. Tracks are not terribly useful for a civilian vehicle.
