Thats a lot of Chinese for a Mexican resteraunt. And whats with adding the "El" right there at the end? Were they like "shit, we're not coming off as ethnic enough in this sign, quick slap an el onto something"...
you are correct in your assesment of the spanish language mostly. Though El Patron is definately singular, while managment is seemingly plural due to vagueness.
Exactly, "El Patron" is 'the owner/operator', in the same way that the menus and businesscards for a local greek restaurant identify 'your host' by name. It's one person responsible for everything, not some nebulous group of people who can shift responsibility from one to the other endlessly while you're trying to sort out the problem.
