Who needs more preservatives? Put enough honey in it, and nothing will grow. Honey's got enough sugar in it that it's smack dab in the osmotic threshold - sucks all the moisture out of any bacteria brave enough to try to enter, killing the little bastards dead.

Raisins and Figs aren't exactly low in sugar either, and as long as you keep them dry (which you do with that wrapper), they're not going to grow anything. I'd give it at least a six month shelf life if the wrapper isn't damaged.

Looks tasty, actually.
