I fail to see what's so creepy about it.... people want to remember their stillborn babies. And there are memorial sites for pretty much everything else on the planet, so why not stillborn children?
I don't know. I think if you asked the average person to rate creepy things in order dead babies are almost always at the top of the list. And if they aren't, they will be after those people have seen some dead babies.
If it was showing pictures of live babies before they died, or sonograms, or something like that it wouldn't be so creepy. I think it's the fact that they're dead in the picture, usualy you don't see memorials having dead people in them.
I worked with someone who would be a prime candidate for this, except she wrote huge weblogs related to her named miscarried babies. Basically there would be a 4 month log for a fetus that she miscarried at 5 weeks.
