umm. . . I know we always ask this, but is that legit? Did golden shower used to mean something much . . . MUCH different?

It looks to me like there was originally a different word in the "shower" line. Look at the word "GOLDEN" - the first few letters look slightly bigger and out of line with the last two, IMHO. Look at the space between the "D" and "E". I can't figure out if it was another word that ended in "EN" there that had "GOLD" pasted in front, or if it was, say, a "good shower" and they fudged it around a bit, since the "EN" looks a bit smaller than the rest of the line.
