Quoth a fellow Witless: "we can't believe she died after childbirth in this day and age, with all the technology there is" - uh, yeah, no shit, Sherlock, she REFUSED TREATMENT. Her husband refused to get her treatment. Her parents refused to get her treatment. She's dead, "in this day and age, with all the technology there is" because she, and you, are ignorant savages.
There's hope, at least, that the father and grandparents will be correctly deemed incompetent to raise children and the children will be removed from their care and given to sane people who might actually not kill them through gross incompetence, but I find that unlikely. Severe, crippling insanity isn't actually considered a reason to save your children from your abuse, as long as your delusions aren't creative or original.
