Date: 2006-10-16 06:48 pm (UTC)Spell it in 1337 or B1FF!. Bonus points for "'leet-like" letter transpositions or flat-out misspellings, if you can remember them.
Put a random but memorable punctuation mark between two syllables in the word.
It's not quite as secure as a purely random alphanumeric sequence, but it's nearly there and it should be much easier to remember.
-- Steve uses the above technique when the quarterly IS update in the office demands sacrifice. Again, it's not perfect but it'll usually do.
