The initial word-of-mouth report I heard was that he died from a bowel obstruction, not an artery obstruction. Which led to many amusing minutes of joking about how he really did have his head up his ass etc.
I had read that he had serious heart problems so I assumed that's what it was. I couldn't get past the headline to read more, my hatred for the man is old and strong. That said, the head up the ass thing, amusing.
