Now, that would've made Magnolia more interesting.

I'm a sucker for great soundtracks.

But I liked Magnolia. Even with Tom Cruise. :(

Well, I *did* like a lot of it (although I thought it ran on a bit in spots, and the l-o-n-g music cues didn't really help), but c'mon- if there's one thing more interesting than frogs falling from the sky, it's moose doing so :)

You're doomed.

Fortunately for me, Australia is even more evil and deadly than moose.

And here we thought that moose bites were painful. Not that this doesn't read like a Monty Python headline to begin with.

You can take heart that my highway is doing its part to control the moose.

Hey, man, there's good meat on moose and deer (and caribou and elk) that are hit by cars, if you pick them up quick enough. I don't think they're talking about raccoons, prairie dogs, etc.

I have it on good authority that raccoon is edible, but kind of vile. Squirrels are scrawny but apparently more edible, but I don't think there's much left of them that's food-grade after a squirrel-car interaction...

Around here you're legally allowed to scavenge the deer carcass after your car-deer collision, once the accident is reported etc etc. Presuming you can find a way to do so, considering that car vs deer usually screws up the car almost as bad as the deer.

No idea if you're allowed to do that with the porcupines that seem to litter the highways around here. Not sure if you'd want to, either.

Minor Understatement
