It's a trap!
May. 7th, 2008 11:04 amEDIT: Okay, I've had my fun.
The reason I have your icon, or your old icon, or maybe you don't see anything, is that it's pulling out of Livejournal's cached "scratch space"
Basically, if you upload a pic that's too big, it puts it in a scratch space, loads it into the editor, lets you modify it, and lets you save the result in a pic slot.
However, it doesn't *delete* that scratch image. And the image is still there, stored in your account, weeks or months later.
Meaning that this thing pulls out *the last picture you edited using livejournal's picture editor*.

Date: 2008-05-07 03:09 pm (UTC)I certainly created the one with that writing, although I've no idea who else may have come up with the idea simultaneiously.
Edit: Looking below, it seems like a case of parallel development :P

Date: 2008-05-07 03:20 pm (UTC)If you hit that page, it pulls one of your own pictures, out of the logged-in journal, and returns it.
So what I've posted is, essentially, an image that is an icon or a pic of *whoever is looking at it at the time*.

If you never use it, like me and, apparently, you, you don't see anything. And you miss the joke, which is sad.

As is true in my case.
