And in case y'all were wondering, vendors do have to submit a list, inclusive of all the items they intend to sell, to the convention staff for their own records and to settle disputes, and to prevent vendors from portraying the party in a manner the party does not wish to be portrayed in.

Doesn't Texas have some king of clause built into its state constitution, assuring that it can secede at the drop of a hat? I wish they'd get to it, so the asshats can flock there and fester in their own inept idiocy, and ruin their own economy instead of leeching from the rest of us.

Whatever they might have in their Constitution is over-ridden by the fact that the federal govt. will smack them hard if they should do so.

What I /do/ know is provided for by Texas state law is breaking the state up into five states in situations where it would be deemed necessary to do so.

You can't tell he's 50/50. He could be 100% black with light skin, or he could be 20% black with dark skin. Or he could be 50% black, which he is.

However, what you *can* tell is that he's not 100% white.

And since he's not 100% white, he's black.
