On many nights over 16 years, Kenneth Douglas engaged in his own personal macabre workplace party.

He often brought drugs or alcohol to work and sometimes had sex with women.

At least three of those women were dead.

But if Douglas is to be believed, he could have had sex with as many as "over a hundred" bodies in the 16 years he worked as night attendant at the [...] morgue.

I was surprised when I was wrong. I voted AFTER checking the article, but I was honest and voted what I *had* suspected. It just seemed too crazy for OH.

Yup. I made my guess out loud (I was reading the text to my bf), and then clicked on the link. I audibly groaned when I got it wrong and considered voting OH when I backed up again. But I was good and put my initial vote.

I just HAD to know, even before voting.

Ugh, no fair! That doesn't involve religious nutcasery or keepin wimmins in their place. (Unless you wanna argue that our "place" is the morgue, but hey.)

It's very hard to make something you can grill out of coffee.

Exactly. Not enough nutcasery to be Florida.

Also, totally not fair voting on your own poll when you know the answer! :p

I know the answer at the time I make the poll code, but when I see a REALLY wacky news story, I guess "Ohio" or "Florida" in advance of reading it.

(Some of the time, I'm wrong because it's neither.)

I assumed that a career necrophiliac is going to be attracted to the state with the sexiest corpses, and Florida is going to be very low on that list.

Certainly much older than Ohio. Maybe it isn't politically correct to judge the behavior of others, but I think that anyone who is getting it on with an eighty year-old dead woman is some sort of weirdo.

Perhaps one of our less honorable cable channels could host a Miss Recently-Deceased America pageant so we can settle the matter.

Yeah, but a hundred bodies* in sixteen years? That's got to be an around-the-calendar kind of dedication. Maybe Orlando, and maybe Miami, but my initial impulse was Palm Beach vs. Cleveland, and it paid off.

*Granted, we're talking about someone willing to plant his DNA in corpses who are awaiting autopsies for murder investigations, so maybe we shouldn't place too much stock in his ability to count.

What bothers me about this is that they printed the names of some of the bodies he's messed with. That's beyond tacky.
