Man, I totally thought it was Florida, but I'm biased having grown up there. A an old woman died at a Krystals when she tried to break up a fight between her daughter and another woman, got punched in the chest, had a heart attack and was prevented from getting immediate attention by the fight.

I'm not sure why this is a Guess the State, as people who make loud, obnoxious, annoying noises clearly deserve to be pistol-whipped. Hell, I'd give the guy a medal for showing the restraint not to shoot the other guy, and then take it away for not shooting the other guy.
