The perspective looks odd on that, looks like the moose is actually jumping the fence in front of the car. However having seen deer clear a 2.5 meter fence it would not surprise me to see that kind of leap from a moose.
Even if it's jumping in front of the car, it's still pretty scary-impressive.
We were driving one night on the Oregon coast in our Toyota and this...thing...stepped out in front of us. We screamed HOLY FUCK THAT'S TALLER THAN OUR CAR and hit the brakes. And then...the elk calf's mother appeared.
