A memo to purse snatchers: Your getaway vehicle should, ideally, be faster than a snowplow - but, if not, calling 911 to report that the snowplow is following you, while you've still got the snatched purse on you? Probably not the smartest.

If Florida had snow plows, this would be a Guess The State.

Probably a normal car. However, since he was AHEAD of the plow, the roads may not have been adequately plowed - and the plow in question was a pickup truck with an attachment, not a CAT, so it's not significantly slower than most cars in reasonable conditions.
